Passionate About Helping Others
I was raised in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania and attended medical school at Drexel University COM in Philadelphia before training at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. I choose to become a psychiatrist to help others heal in mind and body. I hold a deeply sincere belief that healing art and science find harmony in psychiatry. Summit Psychiatry represents my opportunity to bring my ideal psychiatric practice to others.
Unfortunately, modern healthcare has been overwhelmed with competing buisness forces that have eroded the physician patient relationship. Summit Psychiatry aims to preserve the physician patient relationship as a crucible of healing where evidence based treatments and emerging alternative therapies can find a place to work. I believe in helping clients define a specific reachable goal like a mountaineer reaching a summit. Many clients have difficult life paths to climb to reach their summit. At Summit Psychiatry, helping you reach your summit is our mission.
